Who has had an interview with Dr. Principe? What do you think I should wear for an 8:30 pre-office hours interview. I have to be at work in my Lab right after. Is a coat an tie underdressed, or is a full suit overdressed?

I don't know that doctor. Either way, treat it as a "real" interview and wear a suit. My outside interview was quite enjoyable, then again we met at port city java. Have fun!!

I never did an outside interview at MUSC, Valmont, but i would assume you should treat it as a regular interview. I think it's better to be overdressed than underdressed...go for the suit just in case.

Well, I was unable to get any of the info. from ya'll until today! However, I went out and got a great black suit just for this. I wanted something modern but understated. Yes, I agree over dress is better than under. Anyway, the interview went unbelievably well! I was very pleased and he was very conversational, down to earth, and helpful as well. Thanks for all those who offered advice.
