Quality is fine, all residents pass boards, and they get decent fellowships (in the southeast). They have independent call, feel comfortable moonlighting by their last year. The IR is good, I think 4 fellows is a little high for their volume, but there's research opportunities. Building up cardiac imaging if you're into that. They have a nice new facility and are building a women and children's hospital (prob by the time we finish residency).
Like the city, the program isn't diverse in its residents, but they seem like a good group that enjoys the city. I don't think its reputation nationwide is strong at all, but they were a semi finalist for a Minnie - whatever that means.
