Did anyone receive an email from midwestern at Arizona campus informing you that your application is incomplete because it needs a letter of recommendation from a prehealth/dental advisor committee? I called the admissions office three weeks ago about this and asked them if a science professor's letter could substitute this. They said yes and that my status will change soon. However, I'm still getting the same email. I also applied at the Illinois campus at the same time but have no problems (AADSAS says my application is complete).

Yep, got the same email. If you look at their portal it also includes the fact that they accept a science professor in lieu of the committee one. My science professor's LOR was sent today. They're probably just backed up a bit due to the fact that so many other applications were completed before ours; but I'm sure they'll update us as complete soon. :xf:

I never got an email about it, but on my Portal it said I was missing a letter (which I wasn't) so I called them. The lady said they were having a bit of trouble since they had to enter all the LOR info manually or something, so she looked at my app right then and changed it like 2 minutes later...so if you think your letter is there, it could be that??

call them up and speak with them, hopefully they will fix it.

you need to call ASAP! I had this same thing happen. I was told it would drop off once my final letter came in aug 8th but I got an email about Aug 22nd saying the same message. I called Midwestern and it was fixed right on the phone. A week later I got an interview invite for the 30th of November. Had I called way sooner about august 10th I could have got a sooner interview maybe instead of the end of november but I am grateful to have one. So with that being said make the call!
