Hello,

I was hoping to get advice from you guys here on my chances of getting into a post bacc program (specifically UC programs). I finished community college with a 3.74 cGPA and 3.9 sGPA and transferred to UCLA and finished with a 2.95 cGPA and 3.1 sGPA with a double major in Bioengineering and Biochemistry. I always wanted to become a doctor and did a lot of volunteer work and premed activities while in college but I was discouraged by my lower GPA to apply to medical school; I've been working for a couple of years in the Biotech arena but lately I've been seriously reconsidering applying to medical school again but I would like to go through a post bacc program first. Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Honestly, there's no way to tell you aside from applying. I would contact the director of the program, Ms. Cummins. She's super friendly and has been nothing short of helpful whenever I've spoken with her.

I think OP means UC postbacs as in University of California, not Cincinnati. And to the OP, as long as you're economically and/or educationally disadvantaged, I'd say go for it and apply.
