I have a 3.65 cumulative and about a 3.7 science gpa.
50 hours of dental assisting
10 hours of shadowing
20 plus hours of volunteer work

What are my chances of getting in without retaking the dat?

Just my opinion of course, but with 3 sections as 16's I would say not all that great. Your GPA is very good but I'm not sure it can overcome more than one section under 17. Some schools have cut-offs for certain sections (like nothing under a 17) so you may want to check into that before applying to the schools or retake the DAT. Good luck! :luck:

While your GPA is good, i think that with all those 16's you're below the cut off for many schools. I would retake.

Without retaking? slim to none. 16's are killer, dude.

If you apply to 30 schools: including all the new schools and big private schools, I think a few will bite. However, a retake would greatly enhance your chances. GL.

I think your 10 hours of shadowing and 20 hours of volunteer work is worse than your DAT. Get out and do something.
