My step 1 score is 91/220 and step 2 score is 88/215.Have a month USCE in a clinic affiliated to a hospital.Need Visa and grad in 2006.Want to apply to IM AND OBGYN. Do you think i have a chance.Pls let me know

Most of us are sailing in the same boat( IMG's with the uncertainities). Most of the IM programs want minimum score of 80's so your safe (refering to your score)but apply smart as there are alot of factors involved.. your CV as a whole, usce.PS.mentioning a few. Comb through FREIDA thoroughly and choose programs accordingly.
I Dont know much about OBGYN you can read about it n FA for the match or The Ultimate Guide To Choosing a Medical Specialty by Brian Freeman(Its a great read.) Could browse through them at your local Barnes & Nobles over a cup of coffee or frappucinno.

We typically do not answer WAMC ("what are my chances") threads because there is no way to know realistically what your chances are.

At any rate, sure you have a chance, but no one can tell you how good of a chance it is. Besides, if we told you you didn't have a chance would that mean you wouldn't at least try and get a position?
