hi all
i just tool the DAT and i wonder is the academic average is my final DAT score or how do i calculat it im just too confused about all these numbers.

There is no single DAT score...but the main three to look at are

Academic Average (the average of Bio, OC, GC, QR, and RC)
Total Science (a scaled score based on your performance in Bio, OC, and GC)
PAT

Those are the major three components. So long as all your scores are fairly similar, then these three scores are a good indicator of how you did. If, somehow, you scores a 29 on OC and a 15 on Bio and a 20 on GC, then the schools might look and wonder why you scored so low in bio.

Like I said...there is no single DAT score cause each test measures something slightly different.

true, but a lot of times someone will say "I got a DAT score of..." or schools will report their average "DAT score" and average PAT score. In those cases, I guess they mean the Academic Average?
