I know I am going to retake to bring up the bio and PA. They both caught me off guard. PA i ran out of time quickly. I can bring the sciences up for sure with some more detailed studying. My gpa is 2.94, science is around the same. I have a a degree in chemistry. Also this score basically reflects about a week and a half of real studying. So If I know I could boost it with solid month long studying.

If I apply to schools, since I have to wait 3 months and retake on 1/21/2011. Most deadlines seem like they are 1/15/2011. Am I too late to apply, or can I tell the schools know I am going to retake and can wait to view the application?

With that GPA, it would be better to wait till next year to apply. I'm sorry that's not what you want to hear but it's the truth. If you apply in January with your scores and you fall short of a 22 on the DAT, I give you about a <2% chance of an interview - much less getting in. If that risk is worth it to you and have money to burn - then go for it.

However, if you do a solid 6 weeks of studying and raise that GPA over the next year to a soild 3.2 (either doing more post-bac if you haven't taken a lot of upper div bios or a masters if you have) and get a 20+ on the DAT AND apply early (Everything complete by mid-July next year) - you will be MUCH better shape and would estimate your chances to be about ~80% of getting in.

How do I know all this? This is the route I took. This is my third time applying.

If I do a masters I would need to apply to grad school right which means taking the GRE's? For post-Bacc do I just take random science classes at my old university? I just graduated last semester

save your money and don't apply this year. With 3.0 GPA and science, even if you had a 22 on the DAT, its unlikely you'll land any interviews.
