My exam is tommorow.. Stop studying now or..?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
What I did for the USMLE was study until noon the day of, then relax the afternoon and evening. Definitely don't study all day -- you'll probably just end up flustered and confused. If you feel like you could just be done now, go ahead and spend the rest of the time doing something that will take your mind off the exam. For me, it helped me feel a bit better about relaxing after I'd studied for a few hours (although I doubt I picked up many more useful bits of information in those last few hours).

Also, I highly recommend blocking SDN until after the exam. By now you've probably gotten everything helpful you can off of here, and comparing yourself to others at this point is just going to make you crazy. Best of luck to you! :luck:

I would suggest reviewing on your weak areas, and if you're going to review OMT, just do the cranial and sacral portions (more likely to show up on the exam). People may tell you to stop studying, but everyone's different. Don't stress out too much today though, 'cause you are practically ready now for the test tomorrow. Get a great night of sleep.

Why are you taking your COMLEX so late?? 😕

Stop studying at 3 o'clock. Relax a few hours, watch a movie. Play some games. Then go exercise. Run for 30-60 minutes. Eat a good meal. And try to go to sleep by eleven at latest. I noticed that running just got me tired, so I was able to fall asleep. And the food induced some post-prandial narcolepsy. It's inevitable that you will feel anxious when attempting to sleep, so those two things helped.
