To please make all the question vignettes as big as they are on the real deal.

My vignettes were just like uworld, only a few with multiple lines, and was nothing like the free 150 or nbme 16. Seems like the real deal is unpredictable when it comes to question stems. Ironically the ones that had long stems were also not 2nd or 3rd order questions, so if you read the last line of the paragraph you wouldn't need to go through the entire question to know that its multiple myeloma. One thing they should do is make the media and brain stem images like what is on the real deal. The media on the exam allows you to move stethoscope, see pulses bounding, etc.
