Got matched today in a Rheumatology Fellowship program in Long Island New York for 2013 and interested in a swap into the following geographical locations purely due to family purposes.

1. St. Louis Missouri
2. or in Westchester / Manhattan / Queens / Bronx area

I am currently based in Westchester NY and would like to either move back to St. Louis or at least trying to avoid daily driving from Westchester to Long Island.
