I would honestly just quit and forget about the school that you went to. Act like it never existed. Apply to new universities like you are fresh out of high school. Just say that you worked or something in the time between and you just decided college is right for you. You have only earned 30 credits, which a student who's studying can achieve easily in 1 year, probably more if you get your rear in gear soon.

This way, it will be like starting all over with a new clean slate

I'm not quite sure what you mean by starting over since the 30 credits that I have already taken will show up on my transcript even if I switch uni's.

your attitude, not your grades.

then re-read what i wrote...if you apply as a new student...not switching universities and if you don't put that you attended another school, there is no need for showing a transcript, they will just ask for your HS transcript. you won't have to show a transcript either because there is nothing to show

the only downside is you lose all that time you spent earning your 30 degrees...but I would think it is worth it

You are required to present all transcripts at the time of application. They may not catch you if you do not, but if they do I believe you can be disallowed from ever applying through AMCAS or AACOMAS again. If you are accepted, and the school you decide to attend finds out, they could kick you out of school. Honesty is always the best policy. You can retake these classes that you got Fs in and it will be essentially the same thing as never having taken them in the first place. Lots of people have bad years in school. I had one myself and it is important that you own the mistakes, learn from them, and move on. I would not recommend trying to hide them.
