the weirdest part is that i've actually found a lot more people on friendster than on myspace; maybe because the search is just easier, i dont know

Random.. so i set this thing up bare bones.. no pics etc.. i got an email from this girl who was head over heels for me in HS.. and then my ex from HS who i havent seen in like 8 yrs.. Funny part was I told her the other girl emailed me too and first.. and well they didnt like each other.. just funny..

funny, trying to create myspace fights. i tried that, but not that many people remember me from high school hahaha.
 
On call any use of my time is a good use..
 
Yeah they hated each other so much its not even funny.. It was HS so i didnt care what my GF thought... The old GF is married now.. and obviously so am i! 🙂

I have been resisting the call of myspace for a few reasons:

1- I don't like to molest 14 yo girls
2- The only people I know that are on myspace are guys and I would look like a tool having 40 guy friends and no girl friends.
3- My fiancee would leave me because she would think #1
4- I don't have some super cool unknown emo band music to put on my homepage
5- I am not looking to have random conversations with fat chicks that have skinny pictures on the internet.
6- I haven't mastered the art of finding a picture of myself that looks casual but really is discretely sexy
7- There is a good reason I haven't kept in touch with some of the people that I knew in highschool

Thats all I could think of now.
Have fun on myspace though

Oh, yeah I was Flash (flirtatious and fast!). But for second it had the Green Lantern....really I recall the name from somewhere, but don't even remember what superpower he had. Supergirl is cool, they even made a movie...
 
OK im finally on myspace. I have made fun of my friends for atleast a year about it however my friend signed me up a few days ago and its addicting.

she's great. We just had our graduation ceremony today so I'm sure she's having a nice night! She's not big into posting on studentdoctor, I tried a little, but no luck haha.

So, here's the deal: because my blog has "febrifuge" in its URL, I'm assuming that anything I say there might conceivably be read by admissions peeps, if they're interested/bored enough. MySpace seems to me to be more for the idiotic time-wasting, and I'm trying not to be totally overt with the connection. So, I have a secret alias over there. If you want to add me as a friend, just mention you're from SDN.

Ok it got me too. It was not without a fight but now I am hooked. Here was the progression. FIRST I thought you were all silly folks and agreed with MudPhud but after checking out a band's page on myspace I learned if I made a page I could save a list of favorite band's pages very easy. SECOND. My girlfriend found out I had done this and informed me her college friends had made her make a page a few months earlier. She showed me her page and how to play with the editors and add video and now after several hours of tinkering I have a truly seizure enducing page with some great music and videos. Still a work in progress for sure but what is bothering me is I only have 1 friend. This makes me sad and the only people I know who use myspace are you find SDNers who posted here. So if anyone feels charitable and wants to hook a brother up with some friends. Head on over to

i remember driving thru wyoming when i saw a sign that said "myspace is the devil" .........it was so funny that i actually stopped there for like 15 mintues....hahaha :laugh:
