I heard a rumour that I wanted to confirm. I heard that a foreign dental grad (not from America or Canada) with a Masters degree (specializing in a specific dental field) can become licensed to practice in Canada upon completion of an exam. They would not have to do a 2 year program, but they would be limited to practicing in that specialty. Has anyone heard of this and is this true? If so, what would be the process and which exams would have to be completed?

Not reality so far, but they have been officially negociating a new licensure law for a year, specially in Quebec. Nothing done yet!
The exam would be at the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC).
