GPA is viewed by years, so you have 1 year where your grades really picked up. I would not advise applying with only 25 hours of clinical experience in a typical environment. The projected hours for that and shadowing from your role as a CRC will not count for much.

Your limited clinical exposure hours (basically only 25 hours in a hospital with contact with patients) and no shadowing will greatly limit your chances for interviews. You need to accumulate 50 hours of physician shadowing and another 150+ hours of clinical volunteering with patient contact in the coming year and then apply in June of 2023.

Interesting - I thought that my clinical exp/shadowing hours as a part of being a CRC from now until submission in mid-June + projected hours would suffice, given the paucity of opportunities in hospitals for non-employees. Thanks for the reality check
