I did, but it was much too superficial for medical school. I would watch the intro to immunology lecture from Dr. Najeeb and then dive into a text. You are much better off with Armando Hasudungan on youtube. You often don't get enough depth with the Najeeb lectures.
While I've only seen the RBC heme path videos, I'd say he goes into FULL depth. I've read, say, megaloblastic anemia in Robbins. He covers it all, and then some.

I watched them from scratch last year. Just checked the order on the site and I'd watch them in that order. I'd watch a couple of videos to get a gist of each topic and then move to a book like "Basic Immunology" by Abbas or "How The Immune System Works" to flesh out your understanding and prepare for boards. Najeeb is great but the immunology videos are not very high-yield. They're good for when you're completely lost but a waste of time if you already feel comfortable with the basics.
