How much brand/generic does NAPLEX really have on the exam? I feel comfortable with the top200 but I am going through RxPrep and some of the questions at the end of chapters ask for brands on some crazy combination drugs.

Top 200 is not enough. You should really go through RxPrep to iron out your knowledge of brand/generic names.

I had several questions that required you to know the brand name of a non top-200 drug. I would recommend trying to learn the brand names as you study for the naplex, but honestly they is no way to memorize them all. I know I had to guess on at least 3 questions because I didn't know what the brand-named drug was, but I passed.
