Has anyone been able to get an NHSC app yet? How did you go about getting it? I've heard that they are slower than usual with distributing the apps this year, but the deadline will not be extended. Anyone know anything?

I spoke with someone at NHSC in December and they told me that the applications would be sent out in early January, but I am still waiting.
call 1-800-221-9393 and leave info for them to mail it out.
I requested one two weeks ago and am still waiting. Not to worry though...it's not like an AMCAS nightmare app. The questions are all very basic, and deal mostly with your socio-economic background and goals as a physician.
