The natural science major track at my school requires for chemistry the gen chem series, ochem series, intro to analytical series, for biology just bio 1 and 2 series, for another subject of choice 8-12 credits. If I do follow that track than obviously will get in pre reqs of physics, inorganic, and etc in as well. The chemistry track the difference is one will have to take physical chemistry series and calc 3. So based on that would be best way to go?

Do you like chemistry? Be a chemistry major. Not so much? Be the natural science major and explore a different field in that grouping. As long as you get your pre-reqs in it doesn't really matter.

Also in terms of job prospective a for both and in terms of what route offers chance of having higher gpa

If you're going to fail calc 3 and have to re-take it 3 times (like most of the engineers at my school)
I would avoid that route.

P-chem is a bear and calc 3 may or may not be for you. If your goal is medical school, your strategy should be to get the highest GPA possible. If that means majoring in natural science rather than chem, then do that.

If you think that you might not end up in medical school and your marketable skills coming out of college are more important than GPA, then give some consideration to what you'll have to offer employers or grad programs after you graduate college with one major or another. Also keep in mind that many people go into careers that are only marginally related to their undergraduate degrees.

Another thing is calc 3 is offered fall and spring but with pchem series pchem 1 offered only in fall and pchem 2 only in spring so another thing to consider
