Wow. Good read. I had no idea naturopaths are testing scope of practice. I know they can prescribe in certain parts of Canada. That's it. But it's scary as there is concern for lack of proper training.
This reminds me of the other scope of practice battles that are coming into play with professions that do not have any medical background, i. e. psychologists (no medical background) are able to prescribe meds in 3 states already. As hx has shown, I am truly worried that some congressman might not understand the diff between naturopath and physician and lump them together.
