I submitted my AADSAS application to the 2014-2015 cycle at the beginning of July. Since then, I have been trying to read up on the naval program. Is it best to fill out paperwork before getting acceptances into dental school? Or should I just contact a recruiter and go from there? I know the program must be pretty competitive, but are partial scholarships offered as well?

You should start contacting a recruiter now since the process could take a few months..For Navy, you can either be offered HPSP or HSCP. In general, HPSP is more beneficial..

If you are prior enlisted like me, it's better to get the HSCP. For all other apps, usually HPSP is the preferred choice.
