I would call (800) 533-1657 and ask the Navy directly. That way you will get the most update facts.

For the Air Force, call them at 1-800-588-5260.

For the Army, call 1-800-USA-ARMY

There are no strings attached when calling them. They should be able to tell you themselves who to contact.
