I'm currently filling out my AMCAS application. I'm trying to added the information from my SMART transcript to it, but it's a little hard to make sense out of. Can anybody that has applied for a previous year give me advice on how to fill the application out that way I can avoid delays? Another former Navy Nuke would be ideal!!! Thanks guys.
 
Alright there sailor, the mens department can help you. When I filled out my app. For the courses, just look at the transcripts from the smart site and fill them in, when I submitted my primary everything was gravy when aacomas received the smart transcripts.

MC2204-088 MARKSMANSHIP this is an example of what I put and it was fine.

So if you took navy poll dancing, or Marine Corps entertainment courses, it shouldn't be to difficult to fill in.

I should have joined you guys in the navy. I could use some easy credits for shooting the gun. For my trnascript.

I am a prior nuke and have sumitted my amcas for 2009. I did not include nuke school in my SMART course listings because no credit recomendations are given (since it is all classified😉). Here is what I put in under SMART, and my app verified in about 30 minutes after I hit submit.

I'm only now completing my pre-req's (following a six year tour), but I was an enlisted Navy Nuke ET.

Sm007thie, were you commissioned or enlisted? I only ask because my enlisted SMART transcript gives detailed information on what was covered in the pipeline.

I'm pretty much done with the Excelsior degree and I'm going to be getting an AS in Biology as a follow-up.
 
I was an enlisted MM/ELT.
SPU tour.
then short stint on a sub until a knee injury disqualed me.
finished up on an aircraft carrier.

I've finished pre-reqs, taken the MCATs, am AMCAS verified and start interviews next week.
