A. is wrong.... how can you hold the lingual bar? Permanent first molars are not erupted yet?..and the most posterior teeth are primary first molar. I think the answer left to be Distal shoe or if bilateral, it can used two distal shoe or removable functional space maintainer.

I don't get it. So when a pt. comes in for bleaching, it can go through all of that 'cept the surface demineralization? why?

bleaching agent contains hydrogen peroxide so it is quiet obvious it will etch the tooth .

1 ounce = 28.35 grms
8.2 ounces = ?

8.2 times 28.35= 232.7gms

so the ans is 232 gms

1100ppm is almost equal to 1mg of fluoride per ml. and so 8.2 ounce will have 232mg of fluoride...
