Actually, B has 10 times more than A since lower pH = higher [H+] I believe the correct answer is 1/10

yeah...even i think A has [H] 1/10 times than B.
also...the action potential will always propagate towards the nerve endings no natter where the nerve is stimulated...it shows propagation towards the soma only in vitro..!
