NBDE Exam guidance

Hello,

I am planning to give my Part 1 exams in 2012. I am very confused as to how to start preparing, which topics need concentration, how to go about studying and planning the preparation.

- I have dental decks and kaplan dentessentials. I have old materials though.Would that suffice?
- Any other useful pointers for the exam preparation?
- Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
