I’m a FTD and i have given both parts of the NBDE exams. I passed both in one sitting
But my concern is the time between Part 1 and Part 2 is close to two years apart because I gave part 1 while i was still a student and part 2 as a Graduate Dentist.
Will this affect my admission chances

No. As long as you passed them within the first attempt. You are good to go.
