i gave part I in august and want to retake my test so i paid for the test in sept. But i haven't received my eligibility letter or any email regarding my test! i called once and guy said i can go ahead and book my test date and will receive letter in few days..this was 1 mon before but no letter yet..i called them today and guy said their system is down so call after an hr!

any suggestions or help guys!! i think ada screwed me and took my money..

i know exactly what u mean. they did the same thing to me TWICE. what u need to do is call prometric and when they ask for your eligibility number, just give ur ssn. i was pissed that i waited a long time also just for them to tell me to give my ssn as my eligibility number. call prometric right away and schedule ur test asap!!

i rem that prometric stamped some letter (not sure if it was eligibility letter or some other letter) at the end of test confirming that i took the test at this center...why r u saying schedule test asap, i mean i will be able to take test past dec 2009?

i thought u wanted to take the test before dec, that's why i said to schedule asap. like i said, u can call prometric and schedule ur test anytime. i scheduled it right away and the "eligibility letter" came in the snail mail long after i scheduled my test. all i had to do is call prometric and give my ssn in order to schedule my test. good luck!

the ltr u received after the test is just to verify you did complete the test, that's it.

the same thing happened with me i was waiting for my eligibility letter but it did not come so i called up ada after 3 month waiting period and she gave me eligibility no on phone and asked me to take date u call ada and ask for eligibility no so if u get that u can book ur date
