NBDE score vs Dental school GPA & specialization difficulty?

Hello, I'm a d1 student and I just want to know a few things:

1) which is more important for applying to specialty programs, GPA or NBDE score?

2) What are the hardest and the not so hard specialties? What scores are considered competitive for each?

If answering this question could u please list the order of specialties with thier respective difficulty.
