So I'm taking NBDE part 1 in a week and I've heard while answering it's better to leave a question empty rather than answer it incorrectly, they deduct points for wrong answers
Can anyone confirm/disprove this?

That’s false. I haven’t heard of points counting against you. Put an answer down and go with your gut.
