Hello everybody,, I am planning on taking the NBDEII ,, can anybody please tell me what preparation material I should consider and how I can get them?? I appreciate your help, thanks

decks 2001- pretty much the same as 2007 -$20
Exam 1998-2005 - $10
Kaplan review book- $15 (very helpful, tons of questions from here)
dental secrets - via pdf file $15 (very helpful too)
Exam 85, 86, 88 - $25
Unreleased exams- 2004, 2006-2007 - $20
