This was my first NBME (I really wish I had taken one sooner), but I am aiming for a 220 and up. I have noticed that the areas that I am weak on are the areas that tripped me on the test (things that I haven't really reviewed in weeks), i.e. Pharm, Micro, Biostats, CV, Heme/oncology and Neuro. These are the areas that I am planning on hitting really hard for the next week. Any advice? I really just want a 220 and up.

Should be able to get through FA in the next 11 days. Start with your weakest stuff to be sure you get through those at least though.

For biostats I think you should find a bunch of questions to do. Reading about the equations and stuff isn't the same as doing problems or figuring out a 2x2. I'm usually pretty good with biostats questions in UW and on NBMEs, but when I read the FA biostats section I get really confused by the words.

Sounds like a good plan. Suggest taking another NBME--will help you to get accustomed to the lay of the land.
Priority should be to hit Pharma and Micro hard and you should get your desired score.
You are almost there.
Good luck.
