NBME 5 and 6?

I have a week before my test date and want to take one of the NBME exams to see where I am. There's a lot of discussion on forms 1-4. I wondered if anyone knows anything about 5 and 6 and how they compare to the real thing? I only have time to take one of the forms. I was going to go with 4, but wondered about 5 and 6. Thanks.

Form 5 is too easy, don't bother with it. I would say form 3 or 4 are more representative of the actual exam.
