NBME assessments - what is "passing"?

i just took one of the practice exams. got a 390...
what is considered a passing score on this thing?
and how much might i realistically expect to raise my score by in two weeks time?

500 is the mean and 100 is the SD. So a 390 is about 1 SD below the mean. On the real exam that translates to about a 196 (mean of 217 and SD of 21) which is passing.

Some people have done way better than their NBME practce exams. I don't think I've heard of anyone doing worse.

Two weeks is lots of time..some people only studied for 3-4. Don't loose hope. 😀
