NBME form 3

I'm kind of freaking out here. I just took NBME form 3 and got a 470/223 and it's a week before my test. I have a 72% on USMLE world after finishing all of the questions. I got a 248 on the world simulated exam and three weeks ago I got a 530/237 on the NBME form 4. Can anyone else tell me their experience with these tests?

NBME 2 216 3.5 mts prior to exam
UWSA 261 4 wks prior to exam and 2 days after my last shelf/rotation of the year
NBME 4 258 2 wks prior to exam

UWSA - 224 ~2 weeks before test
NBME 4 - 244 ~5 days before test.

Don't plan on doing any more assessments.

searching around at others responses, form 3 seems to be harder than normal. i've only found people either score drastically lower or the same.

hope that gives a bit of confidence.

Did u find and answer to your question? I have the same scores on NBME form 2 ( 530/237) & form 1 (470/223). I would like to know. Maybe you've already given your test by now. Can you let me know what it was so I can correlate. Pls help. I'm freaking out as well.
