I'm considering attending NCSU for undergrad this fall and would like to better understand its success rates for MD school admission, especially at the four schools within North Carolina--UNC, ECU, Duke, Wake Forest. Any insight would be appreciated!

pretty successful, anecdotally. But keep in mind, it is much easier to get clinical and research experience at the other NC schools listed because they all have a medical school/hospital.

That's a concern I have. Do you have recommendations for gaining those experiences at State so I can be as competitive as applicants coming from those schools?

PM me. I am a NCSU senior.

But I will say, every opportunity has been afforded to me at NCSU. While UNC does have an affiliated hospital, and thus is easier to find shadowing and volunteering, as long as you show impetus, you will be able to find everything you need to be a succesful applicant.
