Would you let your own child get run over by a car even if you could prevent it just because he turned away from you? Has god abandoned us? Why won't he prevent plane crashes thereby letting innocent people die? Are you saying his love for us is "conditional?"

when you call someone innocent, do you mean that they have not done any evil thing in their lives? The bible said no one is good except God. We were born sinners, and fall short of His glory. We are evil in our heart. If I compare myself to a murder, of course I will be much innocent than him. But if I too compare myself to God and His Holy, I am nothing more than a filthy rat.

I often wonder myself why God allowed evil things happened to people. But I know He has his purpose for letting things happen to us. One of which I know is teach us a lesson that we are totally dependent on God. From the foods that we eat, water that we drink, to the oxygen that we breathe. We can't live even one second without God's support.

I often find myself turn away from God when I am happy. When I am happy, God is not in my mind. I forgot that everyday my life depends on His support. But when sorrow in my life I find it easier to ask for God's help.

I have to include a quote from the bible to answer your question: " All things work together for good for those who love God". Bad things that happen to me that I often call "evil" are merely temporary. God will work those things out for my ultimate good. It takes Faith to believe.

At no point did I say I deserved a job. However I go in day in and day out working harder than some of the laziest techs I have ever seen because of Wags' BS seniority policy and do not get hours as a result of it. Also, I am very aware that I will need to compete, hence I will get a higher degree than PharmD on top. Thanks for trying to school me as if I'm 5 though. I doubt you'd like it if a company told you you'd be on temporarily for 2 months and then just decided to lay you off but lie and beat around the bush and tell you you're not REALLY being laid off because it's now your responsibility to find your own hours (because that's a choice see?). Oh, and hours that I'd been scheduled for a month in advance, I found out today, were just given away to other techs and not A WORD was said to me. I think I have a right to be pissed, so bite me. /rant

😵 I like how page 2 of this thread in now way relates to page 1. Also, I've thought about my situation, and you know what? Right now, current grads who are complaining about not having a job are kind of like MD students who might complain about not being able to open a practice after 4 years of med school if residencies were not a requirement already. IMO, residency should become a requirement post pharmacy school if the PharmD is going to stay relevant and respected as an academic pursuit. I'm glad retail is about 3rd or 4th on my "pharmacy opportunity" list.

So...god is no longer in support of the US but helping China... does that mean Chinese people are living holier and more spiritual lives than we are in the US?

I could explain it as "conditional or partial bless", which respects to the amount of faith, that can be calculated, using given initial kinetic energy and the inertial rotation of the center of mass of the object of interest.

Am I the same person as you are? Certainly not. So, there are different kind of Chinese people. Which one are you referring as Chinese people?

It is arrogant to say God only blesses America, and not China. However, among the blessing that we are all receiving from Him, for example foods, drink, the air we breathe, the physical body that we possess, there are other special blessings that only certain people can have, for example Christians.

You could be very convincing if you can calculate the amount of blessing a human receive every day, using triple integral in three dimensional space or polar coordination system.
