NDB score report!

hi guys,
I had a query.i wanted to know if we could ask the ADA to send
NDB score report online.Is mailing them the order form the only way
to do it?
Any information in this regard will be appreciated.

I think they only mail the reports, they dont even give the result over the phone.

i'm sorry my qn is not very clear.
actually i was asking if the ADA can send the score reports to the dental schools if we requested them online or by phone.

as far as my understanding, you can only fill out the form, get the certified check and mail your request to them

as far as i know you can call and ask them about how to go about it -thats it. you cant place an order for additional reports over the phone or email. you have to mail in the form with the addresses of the schools, your details and an MO/CC for the amount.
