there is a center in toronto and I am not sure about vancouver
toronto is very much there because i gave it over there
please note you can only take paper based tests in canada
for computer based testing you will have to go to usa
so it is two times a year
in july and in december

Hi ,
There are seven centers in canada for written NDB exam . Edmonton , vancouver , saskatoon , winnepeg , halifax , toronto and montreal . I am sure of vancouver and winnepeg , because i took the exam in vancouver and my friend took it from winnepeg . There were more than 100 candidates to take the exam in UBC , vancouver . Unfortunately there are no computerised test centers . Hope they start CBT centers in canada in the near future .

Hi buddy!
I've been at the ADA website, but there no enough information about the partI exam for american nbde.
- Are there 2 parts: one about Anatomic sciences + biochemistry/physiology and the other about microbiology/pathology + dental anatomy and occlusion?

-Are the Kaplan book I + DD 2001 + released papers sufficient for being ready to the exam?

Please give me answers I'm lost...

u got dat wrong,,, the part 1 has anatomy,biochem-physio,micro-patho,dental anatomy,,,,, each of this set of subjects has 100 multiple questions and this exam is administered on the morning and evening of the same day with a lunch break.

and part 2 has all clinical subjects,,,like perio,prostho etc,,,,, which is given after u r thru part 1.

Hi!
I will be taking part1 in Dec.13.( Paper based)
However, I am wondering if anyone in here received the admittance ticket already for the exam...., because, as what I have understood regarding the ticket is,they usually send it 2 weeks before the exam..and the thing is..I have not received it yet...should I have to call ADA? or just wait until the end of this week.? somebody pls.enlighten me.
I am in southern california region.
