NDBE part 1 prep

Hi all,
I will be taking NDBE part 1 in july '03. I know little about the exam. I have read some threads on this web site and they talk about Dental decks. What is a dental deck? Is it really sufficient to study ASDA reprints and Dental decks to pass the exam?
