NDBE Part I Coming Up....

That's right guys, it's official, we, a group of D1s at Nova is taking the NDBE Part I this upcoming summer on Monday, July 14, 2003!

This is very rare if any that D1s take this exam right after their first year in U.S. dental schools. We will be the first trial group at our school to see if our averages will increase if we take the NDBE Part I immediately after our first year of dental education.

This option to take it early was given to our class recently and my classmates and I have our choices to either take it this July or wait until July 2004 after our second year. Roughly over 40 of my classmates and I have signed up for the task. Let the fun begin!

Study materials that I have gathered for my studies:

1) 2001 edition Dental Decks
2) ASDA released exams (1976 - 1998)
3) 2003 edition First Aid book
4) Netter's Flashcards

For those of you that have already taken the NDBE Part I, please share other "effective" tools that I may look into?! Thanks! Also, any advice or experiences will be greatly appreciated.

Holy crap! I have to take it summer 2004. Let me know how it goes and what study aids to use. Are you going to take a Kaplan course? Good luck

You can take a look at the other Threads ..posted for NDBE part1 started by "smilemaker"......lots of info on how to study is posted there by many students...You can add your info too..all of us are sailing practically in the same boat!!!
