Does admissions check their email regularly?

In the past, I sent them a question and I don't think I got a reply. I sent them another question just now, but I'm wondering if I should just call them too. I don't want to seem overeager but I also want to make sure they get my message. If you have any info on your experience, do let me know, thanks!

I sent NECO a question a long time ago, and by the time I got the response I had already forgotten that I emailed them a question...
