Need 24 hour Refresher Course!

Unfornutley, as the title explains, Failed the national registry 3 times and now need a 24 hour refresher course. Having trouble finding one locally and was wondering if anyone can recommend an online course or something better? Havent heard much about the online courses but seems very covienent. Is there a website that will find local courses for this.
