Need a felxible shadowing opportunity in Houston

Hey guys! I am new to this website but am excited about it! I was wondering if anyone in the Houston area would be interested in having a college student (University of Houston) shadow them? I would need them to be very flexible because school is my current number one priority. Basically I will only be able to do this on the weekends. I also would like to shadow someone willing to be somewhat of a mentor. Someone laid back and interesting. I used to work as an optometrist assistant one summer and the O.D. was kind of moody, quiet, and often very cold so it was really difficult to approach her about anything.
