Anyone have a good SOP for a remote sign out home office I can plagiarize?

I got some pathologists who are going to perma work remotely from home and need an SOP to cover literally just a CLIA with anatomic slide reading.

And yes I realize we are under a waiver atm and we dont need one now but Im prepping for that expiration this Fall.
