Hi everyone,
I need advice as to what I should do.
I graduated May2010 with Bio degree, been working for the last year in a dental office as an assistant but decided to pursue dentistry. This semester I am planning on taking some classes to up my GPA along with studying for the DATs.
I am taking an upper level Bio class, Neuropharmacology, for a challenging class, and plan on getting an A. And now here is where my dilemma is at. I was thinking of retaking an intro bio class that I got a C in (about 6 years ago when I took it as a sophomore) to get an A. The only reason I'm doing this is because an advisor from admissions at a dental school suggested it. I know both the C and A will be calculated for my GPA on my application.
Do you guys think this is a good idea to retake this intro class and get an A or should I just take a completely different Bio class?
Thanks in advance 🙂
