Need advice for MCAT test date.

When is the latest you can take the MCAT without putting your application at a disadvantage? I want to apply early, but I also want to be prepared. I know that in the past, an August date was a disadvantage.... but since the testing dates have changed, I'm kinda fuzzy on when is late. I'm considering: May 31, June 13 or July 8,10,18 dates. Thanks!!

Have you taken any diags? How much do you plan on studying?
Most say that may/june is still considered early. july is a little late.
