Need advice on Cardio

So...our next block will be Cardio.

Do you guys recommend I jump straight into Lilly? Or should I ease into it by first going through BRS again? Or maybe something simpler? MRS? Hi-Yield? Kaplan Videos?

I'm at a loss...

IM(2nd-yr, pre-Step1)O, you should at least review cardiovascular phys in BRS phys. It would help going through lilly, through your cardio block and step 1 no?

if it helps any, we used Lily as our primary text during our cardio module when covering both physio and path. There's a lot of physio covered. It's just interspersed throughout.

Lilly was one of our assigned textbooks for cardio but I never bothered using it.

For Step 1: Everything you should know/understand in terms of physiology is in First Aid and BRS. All the pathology you need is in First Aid, Pathoma and Goljan. Go through FA thoroughly and make sure you understand every concept, figure and graph presented. Since it's a review book, you'll have to read up on certain topics you find challenging to make sure you really understand them.
