hey guys, I have been with STEP1 studying for a very long time. I have been scoring in 400-430 range on NBMEs. However, on UWORLD I have been doing well . I do them timed and random block and I find I do much better than on NBMEs. Does anyone else feel that UWORLD and NBME way of asking questions is very different?
I want my score to improve on NBME badly. I miss about 50-55 questions on NBMEs and thats too much.
If anyone has been doing consistenly well on NBMEs please share how you approach the questions. I feel as if the questions on NBMEs are shorter and more conceptual and they are picky on what they are looking for. It throws me off. Any advice on how to approach NBME tests and test taking skills in general would be REALLY appreciated.
