Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone of you would know about any nice Surgical Pathology book out there which contains information of how every grade/stage of all the tumours from different organ systems are treated clinically in addition to usual description of microscopic pathology, grading and surgical pathology. Most books would give you a very brief statement/s on how such and such tumors are treated either surgically, or/and chemo/radio etc. and thats about it. But what about elaborating a bit more on e.g., different treatments for different stages/grades of TCC of bladder? e.g.radical cyctectomy alone, with prostatectomy, with chemo/radio etc etc. Any book out there which would give this sort of info in a tabulated form not necessarily explicit details of the treatment, easy to read, like a review book? Thanks.

Your not looking for a surgical path text, more of a Urologic Oncology handbook. Im sure there a ton out there.

Thanks for the reply. Bladder TCC was just an example I used. What I meant was any book which contains, in addition to usual stagin, more info on how teh pateints are managed for every stage. So when a pathologist is reporting he/she knows what are the implications for every diagnosis he/she makes as to grading and staging. That sort of thing.

Thank you very much djmd, thats what I needed! It is a good site indeed.

The NCCN guides are really excellent. Haven't seen them before, but highly recommended for a quick but thorough overview. Thx for the link!

Hey djmd, thanks for that link...made sure to bookmark it. So many times, I have wondered as to how patients will be managed when given a certain diagnosis.

No problem, maybe it should be included in the sticked links post?
